    loved this:rotfl: my oh works metal and makes horse shoes and gates etc and son is at college oh does everthing by eye but ds2 everything is measured and exact but oh reckons his is better:D

    There is a similar tale about two rival engineering companies, from different regions or countries depending on how you want to slant the story. Both are always boasting about each one makes the most precisely machined parts. Company No1 sends to company No2 a length of wire so incredibly fine that it's almost impossible to see with the naked eye. No2 returns it to No1 a few days later, without comment. No1 thinks 'We've won, we're the best", until one of their engineers examines the wire under a microscope - and realises that No2 have drilled a hole right down the middle of it.
    :)

    Mine has arrived, at work. Scary:eek: Being squashed in the plastic bag doesn't help much.
    A colleague looked at the facial expression and commented, "Why does it look like it has just accidentally pooed itself?"

    I think I will call mine 'Jenny'.:)

    Scary :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
    A few suggestions:
    - do one shop at SS till, then the other shop at manned till, just give SA the vouchers or put them on belt before he\she presses Total; that should mean two different SAs authorising the wine purchases; several reports on here of people using manned tills without a problem
    - take trolley, put hand basket in it, put everything into trolley but divide into the two shops, one into basket and the rest just in the trolley, take basket out and leave trolley with OH while you do the basket shop, take shopping bags to OH to leave with him while you take trolley shopping through
    - as above, but with two hand baskets, taking through one at a time ... then send OH to get trolley to put shopping bags in, while you wait
    - if SA on SS till queries why you're going through twice, just say something like, "OH just told me that we're meant to be doing the shopping for his/her* Mum ... Men/Women*, what are they like, eh?"

    *depending on sex of OH:)

    It sounds like a military operation... anxiety rising this is M7S not T*sco... breath SSM remember to breath!

    Yep, only the colour one worked for me too. My 10p sweeties got subbed for 50p sized bags at no extra cost though and I also got subbed a different S&G flavour but the one I ordered is still on the APG, so not all bad.
    Will return the other Ariel later.
