I just had a text from my wife to say that she wants to meet up for a chat, but no one else in her family are to know about it! in case it cause's an argument!
What do I do? I know I need to to tell her to grow some sort of backbone, but if her family find out there'll be hell to pay.
I'm at such a loss as to what to do!!
I do agree with the others though, there is nothing wrong with meeting in a neutral place with a witness. I really hope she surprises you pleasantly xxx
If you do intend on meeting her..... then emmap seems to have the right idea + video cams?
Lots of sensible advice from others, scamps, but I would just add that there are voice recording apps for smartphones (if you have one), to keep a record of the conversation should it take place, either with her knowledge or surreptitiously depending on how the conversation might go. Better safe than sorry!

Singha is showing 3 for £5 on MSM now so that might not work anymore.

As predicted, my store was [STRIKE]lurkered[/STRIKE] emptied today.

Tried Tsingtao 3 for £5, your prediction of the 3 for £5 working properly was correct. Well spotted Sherlock :D
Having been tailgated by a lorry on strange (to us), unlit road, I can promise you it's not nice

On the other side of the coin, driving a 40ft long bus and having a bike or scooter tailgate you Is no joke either- you can hear them but you can't see them and if you had to brake suddenly for any reason, well, it doesn't bare thinking about :(

16/17 year olds on their scooters are the worst offenders for that :mad:

The lorry I was driving, had rear view camera installed, so instead of a rear view mirror, a screen the size of a ipad is fitted.

The screen also doubles up as reversing camera, activated by putting the lorry into reverse ( Trigger joke :D )

Aww bless you. I agree with what's been said really. Only you can know what you want to do, but definitely keep a note of all the goings on and take someone with you if you decide to go. Also I would limit the amount of information you publically post, it's not that we don't want to help you through this tough time but the mil sounds cunning enough to use any scrap against you. Whatever you decide we're here to support you. Also expect some baked goods this week :D
