I worked it out - to see if my buying choices were cost effective. It's ten per cent off £2.94 (assuming you buy correctly vs T) for 500g. The SP Wafer Thin I get is 400g, but it's ten per cent off £1.50 (vs Sainsbugs) so works out far cheaper!

Sorry Savvy, my brain has shrank... I think the carvery ham will taste nicer, but is it cheaper to buy the carver or the SP? :o:o

After 3 days in a row of eating Gammon for dinner, today finally got something else, lamb chops.
Still enough gammon for a couple of days snarnies though.
Cooked half in coke in slow cooker and the other piece in oven, both delish.
Given to me by a friend who got DTD on 3 joints, making them free, but CS made a copy of his receipt and took his clubcard number because he is 'cheating' Tesco out of money?
He;s only got DTD once before!

Make sure your friend has at least 3 clubcards;)

    Happy birthday mohc.

In a rush because got to watch Call the Midwife and Mr Selfridge :)

Been for an X Ray on knee this afternoon, and is OK, only soft tissue damage and swelling inside joint. That's pretty much what I expected, glad it's nothing worse.

Collected throws from Tosco :T but haven't looked at them as still in boot as going to take them to Mum and let her have her pick first.

    Tenth Anniversary
    Sorry peeps :(

I just had a text from my wife to say that she wants to meet up for a chat, but no one else in her family are to know about it! in case it cause's an argument!

What do I do? I know I need to to tell her to grow some sort of backbone, but if her family find out there'll be hell to pay.

I'm at such a loss as to what to do!!

    Check emails.

Some RL friends are reporting to be getting an email from Sainsburys with an offer for 1 year delivery pass for £20 (normally £100  ) with £8 wys £40. Unique codes apparently.

I got a code for £20 off their current deals, making the anytime pass £46 or the midweek pass £30 for the year. I'll not need my codes though as I've already got a Ts delivery saver....

I'm loving all the foil containers with the M&S meals. I've built up quite a stash and saves on the washing up when you are roasting veg etc.:)

I've still got several from the Ts finest meal deals - great for lazy days :)

    Two options

    1. Tell her to F off
    2. Go to see her, but make sure you take a witness... last thing you want is a false allegation being made and I would not trust anyone of them at the moment xx
