I was going to highlight some items in the four comps., but it would only lead to confusion (again!). Would have highlighted the products to put on each comp. (Rice Snaps vs M:cry:), but also the fact the Mixed Veg. returns N/A vs M (should be bought vs T or S). HTH.

When I search for A SP Welsh Potatoes 2.5kg on msm.co.uk (now being back in England), I, of course, receive no trace either logged in or out. (I don't know if they show on msm, in Wales, as comparing Avs S?) However there clearly is some version of the Welsh Potatoes creeping into the site (to viewers not in Wales), as I have googled the product name and get this:

    http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/sainsburys-price-comparison/Vegetables/ASDA_Smartprice_Welsh_Potatoes_25Kg.html

It shows as N/A and OOS for Sains. for me and straight N/A everywhere else. Perhaps it shows differently for Welsh viewers?

I'm a little envious (not a common emotion for me:rotfl:) of the Potatoes comparing for my future shops, as if the English version doesn't compare, I'm left buying the Basics ones in Sains. at a penny dearer (I won't normally go for the SP ones at £1.18 as they carry the additional having to wash them). I'd get the SP ones if they knocked 10% off Sains price even if I have to wash them but not worth travelling all that way just for them.

MHOC hope you have a fantastic Birthday
QOC, sorry to read about the situation with your nephew. I was in a similar situation some years back with a niece of mine and spoke with the NSPCC help line who took a report and passed it to social services, but they promised me it would be anonymous as I wanted to be able to monitor the situation and be there for my niece through it, but they passed it on with all my details and told my s-i-l who had made the report. This really blew up and the girl went through years of hell and wasn't allowed by her mother to contact us and couldn't come to stay with us for a break from it. Sometimes you are damned if you do and damned if you don't. I don't envy your situation and truly hope you can resolve it and continue to be there for your nephew.

Thank you- I'm sorry you had such a horrible time of it :( did it all come right in the end or is it still bad?

Thankfully, she's the only oddball in her family and pretty much all of the rest of her family would back me up. Her sister is my best mate, and I'm good mates with her other brother and sister too so that helps.

Good morning everyone and happy birthday :T
Good morning, I had my warburton thins coupon accepted without a problem yesterday so came home to print another out of my favourites and the coupon has changed to save 20p instead of a free pack. Does anyone know if there is a way of finding the free pack coupon or have I missed the boat as usual?

Free thins coupon here: Oh, as a new user I'm not allowed to post links! dropbox . com/s/th9h9w5yox637a1/warburtons_voucher.pdf

My food bank is always really grateful to receive non food items - nappies, toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap, tampons and so on - these items are not on their 'list' so it's always worth ringing/emailing them to check :)

Yeah I think I will do that :) I showed OH last night, the list they asked for, and he said he found it odd that they were quite specific with their requests. I'm glad it's been brought to my attention though because now I will never think "Nah, even for free we'd never eat that" and leave the coupon where it is again. :p

    Happy birthday MHOC!

I've woken up and for the first time in 3 days don't feel totally horrendous. Just a little bit. So that's good :)
