Oh bother. I ate something dodgy last night and am feeling awful for it. Decided to stay in today and now bored off of my tits.

Has anyone got any cleaning I can do for them? I am so bored I am now eating posh dark mint chocolate and I don't even like chocolate! :(:(:(

    HELP!

My instruction sheet says 'Superskin Moisturiser' - when you open the jar the seal says 'Liz Earle' - and the jar shape is identical to this :)

Why not just post it anyway so that peeps can get prepared etc and if they go out before it's confirmed that's their problem  When/if you confirm we can all go without delay having prepared our strategy :) No petrol wasted just possibly a bit of time......

Agreed, if it is anywhere near as good as he has hyped it up to be plenty of folk would have been willing to test it today but alas the opportunity was not forth coming...

What a horrible thing to happen - this womans customer service is appalling and as someone who used to work in the flower business, all I can say is that she shouldn't be dealing with customers in this manner and doesan't deserve your sons custom. If you can summon up a bit of anger I would be ringing her and saying how much her attitude has upset you :mad:

So I went and washed up, kitchens are good places for having a howl as you can blame the inhuman noses on 3 cats wanting their lunch. Then I told OH what had happened and he ring them back - far too polite. Then an hour later and a bang on the door and the flowers arrived :T
They are beautiful of course - not sure how she expected them to be in the same condition left in the shop until Monday I don't know.
On the card son had written
    I'll be back soon
So now I am pieces again.

Its like you have to build a very hard tough shell around yourself to get through everyday life and this works fine until one day something chips the shell and everything comes pouring out and then all the pent up miseries comes pouring out in a huge uncontrollable waterfall.

It only takes one tiny thing

    Name, shame and complain!

Once your son is safely back home, make sure he knows not to use them again and pass this on to everyone else in the vicinity!

they wouldn't get another penny of mine or my families money ever again!

They don't see to have a twitter feed or a facebook page which would be my first place to go and no review section on their webpage.
But I've got one local on my FB friends list so I will pass the word along through this frend.
