But this was not exactly unsolicited - they accidentally put it in with your order, therefore it was an error with your order. Contact them and tell them about it and ask when they will collect it. IF you do not we will all be paying for it in price rises, along with other problems they have

Also, with unsolicited goods, I believe you actually have to inform them and give them a certain length of time to pick it up before you can consider it to be yours.

Firstly, I'm sorry I'm feeling a right misery today and not really welcoming a new poster as I should, so :wave: and welcome.
I'm sure that you will appreciate that I and possibly others might be sceptical of your first post. If it were my I would as others have said depending on how you received it either go back into store and speak with the manager or contact the HO. If the item has that kind of value I might also ask if they wanted to give me some store vouchers as a kind of finder fee for my honesty, never know unless you ask.

However your own morals are your decision.

I think this is what I'd do, I wouldn't feel good about keeping it, there could be some poor staff member being accused of stealing it

I have received an envelope from Alba Science too

Unfortunately, I have been sent the Bust and Neck Treatment for more mature skin!!!

Well, that teaches me for looking it up to see what it was

But looking on the positive side, it will help my skin as I go back on the dreaded healthy eating plan I started today. Going to a very posh wedding on Easter Saturday so need to lose more than a few pounds.

Do people really pay this much for these products?
