i was in town today to help dd2 and her partner take a tablet back he brought it for her and it did not work properly but the store told him he had to contact the maker and get it sorted himself, i went in with them and told the manager he was wrong and as its down to them to sort it and actually they wanted a refund not a repair as it was sold with the fault so they are entitled to a refund and they got a full refund:j:j
a few years bachk i would never have done this its listerning to others stories and learning on here that has given me more confidence :T:T
dd2 and oh were delighted and treated me to hot chocolate at costa:D
