I tried to use a free card voucher with the £5 off one and it confused the till and froze it, as it would only take the one discount off, others might get it to work though, no probs with the 2 x £5 together though

can't believe I am getting most of my Tesco toys as well, only downside is that everything even the 50p bits have all been sent out separately lol poor old Tesco scanner inner :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::D

Sorry lovely. Dont waste your time. When it comes down to it, there is only one way of getting rid of curvy bits. Eat less and exercise more. Thats all it comes down to.

QOC are you a personal trainer in your spare time? If so, can I book a session? ;)
I have heard of them but don't know much, I suspect, think that if your diet is absolutely 100% clean then they might give a slight edge. If your diet isn't you'd just be throwing your money down the drain.

I am trying to tidy up my diet, but it's easier said than done. Night times are a killer, that's when the junk comes out. I've tried massive bottles of water, but they make no difference. Errr.

mhoc, my house everyroom and ceiling and wall was covered in the old fan style artex lol, except what is now my bedroom, that was fruit bowls wallpaper with matching border, the artex I can live with but not those evil looking grapes hanging out the side of that bowl everywhere you looked

thank you for mentioning the jus-rol rewards vouchers have ordered a voucher!!

No, just got my head in the right place :D

evenings are my worst time too. I clean, have a bath, do my nails, eyebrows or random other stuff to pass the time and stop me eating.

I dont eat after 9pm anyway as it gives me funny and weird dreams, so if I can last until then, I've succeeded

Good morning all. How is everyone?

Just done the cooking for today so a chilled out day now. Will be going to the gym this arvo. Wish me luck. Almost couldn't walk back home when I finished yesterday.

Has anyone ever tried L-CARNITINE tablets to help get rid of curvey bits? I got some yesterday but unsure if I should use them and whether they will work or not. The woman in the shop was all guns blazing saying it will definitely work.

Have a faberoonie Friday everyone. It's almost the weekend. Hurrah!

Tried those tablets, waste of money, no change at all, was going to gym anyway and didnt see any super duper loss, just the same as before.

I was exactly the same when I read about "not a number" :rotfl: I also have a cuppa next to me :D

My guess is yes regarding the BP voucher - you have to try it but I wouldn't expect any problems. I was in the mk Centre at 845am doing my shop, easy peasy. Just remember to scan the vouchers BEFORE you press total. How fab, that would mean £5 for 2 £10 meal deals.... :D

Thanks I'm going to try it tomorrow :D I only found one BP voucher so that's £2 but much better than a poke in the eye, I will make it the last one I scan as I'd rather the £5 ones went through:D
Put my specs on earlier and read the back of it, they were being issued by BP upto 6/1/14 :( Shame never found out about it earlier

All a bit crazy here as the builders started the extension on Monday:T
We did not realise how the dust would get everywhere

To all those having building work commiserations but it will all be worth it in the end. We had our dpc done in our little house in 80's - they had to take off internal plaster work from waist height down (I'm short :)) as person before had bridged dpg on internal wall and ingress from outside. since then have had various jobs in various houses - I always remember a builder having promised to protect carpets etc as installing a window upstairs and moving bathroom. He arrived with a stilhl saw and one sheet eek:eek:

A friend was due to have some dpg work done and I said you need to prepare for the dust - oh yes it will be fine she said. Then the phone call "You knew didn't you" ...erm Yes and I tried to tell you.... think no one believes it til they go through it.

Nerfdad and fairclaire and anyone else with builders in - sending hugs :A, strength :j and .......... patience ;).

If you have eaten properly throughout the day, then it's most likely boredom - find something to do :D
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.
