Bloody hell I thought maybe a glitch had happened today but I see SSM has just been talking to herself again!

It's only blooming Friday tomorrow. Have never been happier to see it come around. I have a pretty dress to wear and am going to a party :j

I will catch up properly with you all at the weekend but have some hugs. Maybe some inappropriate bum touching. Good night.

I bet your heart raced... ooh glitch, and then dropped when you realised I had a day of procrastinating! Sorry xx

I have been reading about this recently too. I agree with all that you say, it is wrong when kids are used by either parent when break ups happen :( and it happens far too often
Sadly I can't see a proposal like this ever going through, things are rarely that straightforward :( and think how traumatic it would be for a child to be forced into a whole new set of circumstances. What if the father didn't actually want custody.....just contact? And so many other possible scenarios.
I don't know what the answer is, or even if there is one. Society has changed so much. You are older (said with the utmost respect :) ) than the people that think this sort of thing is acceptable, for the most part. That's not to say it didn't happen in the past
I really do think that it would be better to find ways for non resident parents to have an easier route to access to their children.nThe children's act was supposed to address these issues but sadly it falls woefully short :(

...and besides what would Jeremy Kyle do? (joke :D)

    oops....essay alert :rotfl:

    ....when Im prime minister ;):rotfl::rotfl:

The problem is... too large for this thread. There is no clear cut answers and never will be, decisions always have to be based on which is the least harmful to the children. Legislation cannot alter how people feel/behaviour when they separate, and it is often the snide comments about the other parent that are the most damaging.

Thanks very much for this information. How long does it take these to arrive please?

I ordered mine on Sunday, and they arrived on Wednesday x

Even better delivery, I ordered a Viners yesterday, and it arrived today! Shame Achica's delivery service is the poorest I have ever had... orders come about 2 months later!

Good morning all. How is everyone?

Just done the cooking for today so a chilled out day now. Will be going to the gym this arvo. Wish me luck. Almost couldn't walk back home when I finished yesterday.

Has anyone ever tried L-CARNITINE tablets to help get rid of curvey bits? I got some yesterday but unsure if I should use them and whether they will work or not. The woman in the shop was all guns blazing saying it will definitely work.

Have a faberoonie Friday everyone. It's almost the weekend. Hurrah!

Perky - you need to register with jusrol.co.uk/rewards and then enter the codes of the pastry packs we were all buying in Tesco recently.

    From Wikipedia:

"In computing, NaN, standing for not a number, is a numeric data type value representing an undefined or unrepresentable value, especially in floating-point calculations. Systematic use of NaNs was introduced by the IEEE 754 floating-point standard in 1985, along with the representation of other non-finite quantities like infinities."

More details on Wiki, can't post link as new user.

    HTH :)

It always amazed me the depth of knowledge of the Elite, sorry this lost me at 'not a number' when my anxiety level raised rapidly resulting in my brain shutting down totally, only revived by a cuppa and a kiss. :D:D:D:D

What are your thoughts on whether this could be very good for an APG?

    Store_2.15px.png£2.50 any 2 FOR £4.00
    Store_3.15px.pngN/A
    Store_16.15px.pngN/A

Do you think that if you bought two for £4 at A. it would compare at £1-54 against T. ?

The appear to cost £2.50 a pk and are on special offer at £4 for 2 pks
does anyone know what they look like please? :D

Morning. M&s trip done. £34.70, down to £10 for two meal deals. Also, it didn't ask for the coupons to be inserted anywhere and I still had them in my hand when I walked off (didn't plan for it but was juggling tigercub, my card, my vouchers and my shopping along with her shoe that she had flung across the shop!) Key is to NOT press total. Scan coupons as another item after your shopping

Found this coupon for M&S in T0sco of all places! I was wondering if it might work with the others. It looks like it was a BP offer each coupon = £2 can use up to 5 coupons, has to be a £10 spend.

Also was in Mr Shoes this morning as I have been keeping an eye on an Angel gift set that was £50 and reduced to £33.32, hoping to see it going down but this morning there was only one left and as the perfume that is in the set is £49 by itself I didn’t want to risk the last set going, so I got it. I asked the SA at the till if prices were likely to go down again and she said they had only gone down on Monday, so she didn’t think they would until the end of the month, but if it did go down I could bring it back get refunded and rebuy it. Not sure if gift sets would be in the 75% sale.
