I think might need three treat free days this week to balance things out.:(

I'm with you on the blue and white tiles, Maman, and also the need for three treat free days this week. When I weighed myself this morning things were quite as bad as I'd thought they were going to be, but bad enough.

Morning all! 13/15 for me please Shaggy, and it is also a treat-free day for me, if anyone would like to join me :)

Today I've done 75 of the 200 AFDs I hope to do this year - will probably reach 100 towards the end of next month, since May is a long month. I think it's helping to have the yearly target actually - it gives me that tiny extra incentive to keep coming back month after month.

I had some red wine last night, had an absolute feast actually, yummy lamb with roast potatoes and asparagus, followed by gooseberry curd ice cream, then biscuits with cheese, all delicious but today I need both the AFD and the TFD! Mildly hungover, only in the sense of feeling tired and sluggish, not headachey fortunately.

Arkers, I didn't watch Louis Theroux but thank you for the reminder - will watch it on catchup.

Morning everyone - pleased to report I'm on 24/30. Won't meet target due to a mid-month blip, but am still very pleased with my progress.

Your meal sounds really yummy cathy. I tend to save up my treats (including wine) for the weekend so often feel a bit bloated come Sunday evening. Not a good feeling.:(

Definitely AF today, so plan to add bonus days this week on top of my target.

    12 AFDs please Shaggy.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
