Morning All
Another booze free night last night taking me to 4 AF (completed) so far this month.
Well done everyone. I suspect tomorrow may be difficult for many of you for a variety of reasons. {Hugs}

Hugs to all those who need it. I've been reading, not necessarily typing, but popping by many times a day.
Nothing to update, but do intend to be AF tonight, so will see.
I've been feeling very tired lately and lacking in energy, so I think I will be off to bed after Saturday Takeaway TV. Living the high life here!Live for the moment and plan for the future0 -
Becks Blue, Cuppa Tea. Non-alcoholic 'beer,' 57 calories per bottle, sold by most pubs and supermarkets so very easy to get hold of, thank goodness. I couldn't stomach anything sugary like fruit juice, or what the Americans call 'soda' or the acidity of tomato juice for a whole evening but I can do alcholic-free beer all day and all night. Makes AF life much easier, in fact, a pleasure. There are several other brands available, and all of them are preferably to AF wine which tastes vile imho.Better is good enough.0

Morning :hello:
1 more ALD for yesterday.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
Good Morning everyone, 1 more for last night, had a couple on Friday. Then spent most of the night tossing and turning, and then up at 0600.
Have a lovely Sunday.
