    Hi all :)

I've done quite well and not so well. I've moved now, and just before I moved I had 3 AFDs in a row which I was pleased about although it was tough. So that took my total for February to 17/18 AFD.

But since I moved I've struggled really badly and drank too much every night :( and I missed my target for february.

Shaggy please can I change my target for March to an easier 10 AFDs? Sorry to make work for you when you do so much work for the thread already :)

I'm hoping things start to get a bit easier for me soon, I'm like a fish out of water really and miss my old place badly. I've stopped caring and don't know how to get back to my AFDs. There's no pub here though which is good ;)

Hope you're all doing well, some of the AFD totals look amazing, well done for all the february smileys :)

1/27 AFDs to get March started.

Piggles, sorry you're feeling demotivated and a bit out of your depth. Wishing you pleasure in exploring your new surroundings, and that the locals welcome you warmly. Are you surrounded by boxes? I hope you had help to move.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

It's bound to feel strange for a little while, but you'll settle and start to feel right at home very quickly as soon as you get unpacked and your own bits and pieces back around you. Congratulations on the move.

I was thinking to cut down on sugar in general, but have just stuffed two hot cross buns into my fizog, so not sure that's possible either.

I do have to do something though as I've put on nearly three stones in five years and feel really frumpy ATM :(

There's ever such a slight possibility that the heartburn may have something to do with scoffing two hot cross buns before Easter Sunday! Seriously, I know what frumpy feels like - I had to stop wearing skirts completely because they made me look like a tank, but the weight will come off when you feel as though you're back in control of your life. Flooding, puppies, long journeys, rugrats in caravans ... bit of a nightmare all round, really. (((Hugs)))

Jane died. I wish there was something positive I could say about it but at the moment I feel very shocked and saddened, particularly for her husband and her own mother who was widowed last year. It also made me feel very chastened, but mostly very aware of all the support I've had giving up booze, because I think I was heading down that same road. So, thank you everyone on this thread - you've made a massive difference to my life and I'm very grateful.

    2/31 please, Shaggy.
    Better is good enough.

:( So sorry to hear this - sending hugs x It must be very difficult for you. You say you're thankful for the support you've been given, which is lovely. I'm thanking you for yours - as I really think your contribution on this thread has kept me trying to quit. :kisses3:
