14 and 15 AFDs for yesterday and today0
-
17/29 AFDs tonight. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0
-
14/23 for me today. I might've been tempted tonight (if I hadn't been stuck on the train for over two hours - should've bee a one hour journey)!0

Two more last night and tonight so that's 9/14 for me please Shaggy.
I missed drinking yesterday when I got in after a tough day at work but didn't succumb and buy some on the way home. Today was better. After a moment or two of thought I hardly noticed I wasn't drinking. I seem to be sleeping much more heavily and don't want to wake up in the mornings. So far my 4am bouts of insomnia have been replaced with lots and lots of zzzzzs.
Sleep well everyone.0 -
Not an AFD for me as we had friends over for dinner. Only had a glass of wine with my meal, though.
Piggles, I hope everything works out. Would it perhaps be a good idea to meet your friend away from a pub / other drinking environment?2018 totals:
Savings £11,200
Mortgage Overpayments £5,5000 -
Morning all! Not an AFD for me yesterday either but it will be today so that's 10/15 please Shaggy
Alas, I did overdo it last night a bit, got tiddly and stubbed my toe quite badly, this being a toe I broke last year when drunk, so last night it felt like a hint! The toe is sore this morning. I don't have a headache but I do feel tired. I had three drinks and must set myself a rule from now on that I have to limit myself to two - and maybe one midweek.

Morning :hello:
1 more AFD for yesterday.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
