9/15 for me please Shaggy :) After my rubbish sleep on Sunday night and my AFD yesterday I expected to sleep like a log last night and did, except that I woke up in the wee hours with hiccups, which is a bit weird!! Hiccups for some reason make me lose my temper quite quickly at the best of times, so they were distinctly not welcome at that hour, but they stopped and I fell straight back to sleep again. Feeling good today.

    16/29 for tonight please.
  • Calling in early tonight as went supermarket shopping but didn't buy any booze so, like Old Mother Hubb, my drinks cupboard is bare (in a good way)

Talking of food.....did my second afternoon stint of volunteering at FareShare (a charity which redistributes excess food handed in from supermarkets/bakeries/etc) really nice bunch of people from all walks of life. Bit of an eye opener how much food gets wasted (even although they try to redistribute as much as poss) due to "sell by" dates and something as stupid as rebranding a logo on a tin of tomatoes means 1000 cans are thrown out! One of my jobs today was to unwrap and throw out 500 bars of Millionaire's Shortbread because it was two weeks out of date. Think of all the calories I've saved my fellow man (and woman!)

    7/15 please Shaggy

There are some seriously excellent weightloss figures knocking around on this thread. Hugely well done to everyone who's making progress on that front as well.

    17/29 please, Shaggy.
    Better is good enough.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
