Thank you for the lovely welcome and encouraging words, it's odd but I already feel more empowered by joining. Really good weight loss counting pennies I bet you feel better as a result I know I do.

Watching football with the family and have a glass of wine on the go, but I've watered it down with lemonade and am happy with that. Again, not an AFD but so much better than in the past.
