    22/28 for tonight please.
Not going to make my target again but for me it works to set a higher target. I think December is going to be difficult with lots of parties already planned. Will try to be AF beginning of month and be AL on other days.
15 AF please Shaggy for December.

    19/20 AFDs tonight.

It's "blowing a hoolie" here tonight. Anyone familiar with that Irish phrase? DH kept telling me to take the car over to church today; I didn't because it seemed lazy, but I got drenched in the 8 minutes it took me to get home! I do hope it blows itself out before parkrun at 9am tomorrow, or I'll get sandblasted as we run on the beach for the last 1500 metres.

I walk the dog on Plymouth Hoe everyday Satchmo and although we're warmer than most of the rest of the UK we're a lot wetter and often windier. 'Blowing a hoolie' is common parlance in this house. I hope you weren't sandblasted on Parkrun.

    28/30 please, Shaggy.

23/20 AFDs today. Had a rough night with reflux last night, so feel tired and achy.
