    7/20 AFDs today.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

Two more AFDs to report since I last posted. I did have some HM mulled wine and mulled cider on Saturday night at our bonfire party but not too much as I was driving very early the Sunday morning. Found the recipes online and would definitely make both again. Have got a glass of red wine planned for tonight, but nothing more :-)
5/23 for me please Shaggy x

It might be too early to say but I'm hoping for a full SNC this week. Whatever, I'm not drinking today.
Hi Maman, I'm hoping and planning for a full school night challenge too. Last night the bells didn't clang too much apart from when I first got home after work. I woke up stupidly early this morning and couldn't switch my thoughts off so after an hour got up instead. I'm looking forward to sleeping better too; fingers crossed for you piggles1.

Doshwaster, good luck with things this month. I can certainly identify with your post about OTT drinking on holidays.

Barney, well done on your first smiley this month! You're doing so well.

    1/10 AFDs please Shaggy.

Let's hope we both manage it WBF although I suspect DH might want to go out to lunch tomorrow after we've been to a Remembrance ceremony. I'm keeping quiet about it, he hasn't asked yet. Perhaps we could just have a coffee.

Definitely AF today though and I hope bells keep quiet for you.

    5 AFDs please Shaggy.

Stick with it, eventually you should have lovely deep natural sleep, I'm now in bed by 10 and wake refreshed at 6, haven't slept this well in years!

Thanks, 10-6 sleep sounds a good idea. I'm going to stick with it and see if I can go a little stretch AF to try and get my sleep into a rhythm. I've noticed very little difference in my feeling of falling asleep between an AFD and 2 units, so might as well have none :)

Thank you Wanna Bee Free :)

I have that unable to switch thoughts off thing in the morning and have to get out of bed. At least (too) early mornings should make the body clock tired later on.. eventually.

I went to bed at 11pm but was still awake at 1am. So I'm not really getting enough sleep. Now I know why I used to drink, my brain just won't shut up. I could never even concentrate through my relaxation tape :o

But I've been forgetting my rule of not watching anything on telly past 9pm and watched something till 10pm. So tonight I'll turn it off at 9 and go to bed just after 10. That might work.

    6/15 AFD please shaggy :)

    Declaring 8/28 for tonight please.

Noticed in the Aldi newsletter that from Thursday this week they have got some 'Specially Selected Sparkling Muscat' AF in store priced £1.79 in red, white and Rose! Will definately be giving them a try so will let you all know. Have still been drinkling the Asda AF wine but adding half again with sparkling water because worried about the calories/syns!!
