satchmo I used to like lime and soda in a pub if I wasn't drinking. Or if I'd run out of money because back in the day it was 15p
3/15 AFD please shaggy
I managed to get to sleep earlier than the shipping forecast last night but that was because I went to bed earlier. I don't fret when I'm not asleep but it is a bit annoying.
It's easier not to drink now because of having to measure it when I do drink. Part of me can't be bothered with the whole can't have more than x amount so I might as well not bother. But when I don't drink I do like waking up feeling like I've actually been asleep.0 -

6/20 AFDs as I stuck to the Lime & Soda last night. Our team won on the quiz! I was really glad to see a much bigger crowd there. Several of us have been working hard to promote it, and something worked. My DH fooled me when he said he wasn't going, and I was working myself up into a right tizzy when he came back into the lounge ready to go :-)
Yes, Pricey, I can hear the rain - but I'm mad enough to still go to parkrun. And I'm running again at 1pm to test a new parkrun route at Crosby which is slightly nearer home for me, and begins officially next Saturday. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0 -
I hope you enjoyed your rainy park run Satchmo!
Shaggy please can I join with a target of 10 for what's left of November. I got ill half way through October and was off booze but felt so ill and down I didn't bother counting. Since then I've madeup for it in the first days of November!
Trying again.
Will have a lot of interesting posts to catch up on here based on this page.0 -
