Sorry, haven't checked in for a while but I am now on 4/15. When I have had a drink it's minimal (a couple of small beers last night for example)Trying to keep in budget.

6 please, Shaggy, thanksYes, Pricey, I can hear the rain - but I'm mad enough to still go to parkrun. And I'm running again at 1pm to test a new parkrun route at Crosby which is slightly nearer home for me, and begins officially next Saturday.
Well done - but I could not imagine doing 2 in one day!!! You must be super-fit. DH tried Wilmslow today - slightly closer to us than the Manchester one - I went to the gym instead. I did cycle there though ... :cool:0 -
Major achievement for me last night, 1 glass of cava only when out with friends for dinner! If I hadn't subscribed to this thread would have had 1 bottle and then more!!!

That's good going Sandypan
I agree this thread helps keep your mind on how much you have.
I've done really well this week, only one day with 4 units so far, the rest have been AFDs.
Sleep still terrible. I fall asleep just before the shipping forecast and then wake up again at 2am. This morning I woke again at 5am. I wish it would right itself.
5/15 AFDs please shaggy0 -
6/20 AFDs today0

6/22 for tonight please. Developed a liking for G&T on holiday last month but enjoying just a tonic water at mo with ice, lemon and lime.0

Stick with it, eventually you should have lovely deep natural sleep, I'm now in bed by 10 and wake refreshed at 6, haven't slept this well in years!

Just spent ages catching up with this thread after a couple of weeks. Lots going on - well done everyone, sounds like you're all doing really well
Satchmo and Pricey, I'm also one of the mad ones and did the parkrun on Saturday in torrential rain and high winds, but thankfully it did stop raining just before we started. There were still lots of people there - it's just too addictive to miss!
Exciting testing out the new course for you Satchmo!
October finished on 22/21 so not too bad.
Sorry I'm late Shaggy but please could you put me down for 17 for the rest of November?0 -
8/30 please, Shaggy.Better is good enough.0
