Declaring 1/25 early this evening for me. Very much determined to meet my target, I think a completely clear mind this month will do me good.2018 totals:
Savings £11,200
Mortgage Overpayments £5,5000 -
Not AF today, but just had a few Gin and Slimline Tonics, which are zero carb at least0

A very poor start to the month with an excess of wine involved. No more til next Saturday and must be more mindful of the taste of each sip rather than just throwing it down my neck. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0

No AF for me last night, which was entirely expected. It seemed quite odd to be drinking. Felt all a bit underwhelmed with the booze really, which bodes well. Had 4.5 units over the course of the evening.0

Am going to pledge/declare today as an 1/12 afdit seems to work for me this way. let's hope I can update my signature sometime this week too. If I rack up the afds am sure that will help.Total weight lost 6.5/73lbs starting yet again. Afds August 10/15. /8 Sept.0

I am declaring tonight as my first AF day of the month.
Really looking forward to the month as I think it will be a good one for me AF wise and also because Spring is drawing ever nearer :j0 -
Last night ended up getting out of hand.
So out of hand in fact that I ended up going to bed at 5am after spending the 3 hours prior drinking alone. What started as a civilised dinner with delightful red wine ended up - many bottles later - with me polishing off the red wine for cooking.
Calling early despite the fact that OH has made a lovely dinner and has wine in. 1/22 AF for tonight!
There is a slight frost coming my way so I'm not sure what I have done or said last night but clearly OH not happy about something!
See!! This is why I need to avoid booze!!
Have a lovely sunday evening!
