    I've been trying hard to kick sugar out of my life - luckily I don't have too much of a sweet tooth - even when I've had an alcoholic drink - so it hasn't been too hard.     On the subject of sweet tooth - those diabetes figures being discussed in the media today are horrendous :eek: £10 billion pa on treating diabetes - £869 million spent on diabetes drugs alone. 135 foot amputations every week!!
    What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    12/20 AFDs today. Feeling rubbish as I drank too much on Saturday and Sunday.


    However, I did have a lovely few hours with my sister, sitting on the balcony enjoying a nice day (we were in the shade).
    What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

    Fortunately for me I rarely crave sugar. I do enjoy a couple of squares of decent chocolate but I'm more likely to crave crisps when I've had a drink.;)
