Overdid it a bit last night and ended up with a bit of a headache this morning. The plus side was that I really didn't fancy a drink tonight so ended up with a rare AF Saturday!:D
9 AFDs please Shaggy.0 -
Congratulations Honey Bear - I am so impressed! :T:j That's a real achievement - well done you
Pleased to report only a small glass of wine at the pub with my meal last night. I wouldn't have bothered but DH ordered it for me and I didn't realise until it arrived. DH also bought me a bottle at the bar to take home on the way out , but I put it on the windowsill and left it there. Not sure why my kidneys ache this morning - as I've been cutting down over these past few months have they been working hard to clear all the toxins or was it because I had a massage in the morning? Either way, not feeling great this morning, but I count yesterday as an ALD, so can I claim another point please? 16/200 -

Sorry to hear you're not feeling well Dizzy Imp. Hard to know why your kidneys are hurting. Hope they settle down, otherwise maybe a quick trip to the doctor's tomorrow just to make sure everything's ok? Take it easy.

Well done on being sober for a year. You are always so supportive of everyone's efforts (and struggles), thank you.
19/22 AFDs if I include today. I can't claim an AFD for Friday, but I was pleased with my restraint as we went to a quiz night and I only had one small glass of wine. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0 -
Oooh target day for me and there's loads of July left!!:D
10 AFDs please Shaggy.0 -
Afternoon :hello:
3 more ALDs for Thursday, Friday & Sunday.
Saturday out at dinner I only had one glass of white wine and a 175ml glass at that! Though I had a two small G&Ts later (about 3 units) - so about 5 units in total.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0
