Had an epic train journey today with my baby and three-year old, plus 12 and 16 year old skids in tow. Needless to say frazzled and glad to be home.

15/20 for me please - AFD too - no wine or anything!

Last week was having a moment, but thankfully the forum helped.
Managed an alcohol free week only drank on the Friday which I was pleased with.
Not so bad again this week.
    Onwards and upwards x

It's always interested me that right when you need something, it presents. Well done, Clarabow. The reason your post is so apposite today is that, ta da:
I've been alcohol free and sober for 365 Days,
a whole year, and it feels FABULOUS! Thank you so much everyone who contributes to this Thread, because I couldn't have done it without all of you, but especially
    Wonderful, Wonderful Shaggy.

    Better is good enough.

    Bravo HB!
    Amazing achievement. Well worth celebrating.

Do you still do the things now that you were doing a year ago to stay AF? Like Belle's blog etc?
