I have to produce a booklet for the meeting today - it took me all day and I stopped several times and prayed for guidance on how best to physically print it. If anyone knows an easy way to convert a 12 page A4 word document into a bi-fold A-5 booklet, please pm me as I did a cut and paste job with alternate pages upside down on the photocopier.
I hope you managed to find out how to do it the easy way, Satchmo, and if you did, could you share it? I had to do the same thing a couple of years ago and in the end I gave up on trying to get the computer to do it and did it by cutting and pasting. There is a way, but I found following the instructions harder than doing it manually!1/TF please ShaggyDidn't plan to be AF this evening but time has just sort of got away from me and I didn't get around to pouring a glass of wine
*admiration* I wish I'd been able to do that in my drinking days.
Thank you Chardonnay; the real struggle was about three minutes on one night and went as soon as I said something; the rest of the holiday wasn't that difficult at all. I so don't want to go back to the way I was. Huge congratulations on what you're doing at the moment. I hope you enjoy the satisfaction of doing it just for you along the journey if that makes sense.
We have someone staying with us at the moment who mentioned that she's a bit worried that she is in the habit of coming home and having one beer every night. She asked what B***s Bl** was like so when I cracked one open she tried it and liked it. The next night she came home with a chilled six pack from the local Co-op, so there's another convert. She's not going AF, she's just looking for a way to cut down. Just wanted to mention that to pass on the good cheer and gratitude to whoever mentioned it in the first place when I joined the thread last year. The good this thread does spreads a long, long way. Thanks, in particular, to Shaggy.
Calling early, 7/31 please Shaggy.Better is good enough.0 -
Morning :hello:
2 more for Saturday & Sunday.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0
