No more to report for me. Had wine yesterday, forgot it was Easter and sister did the lunch. However was very sensible and only had 3 glasses. Usually I will get on the wine when I get home but I didn't. Slept really well too. So back on the wagon today. I need to claw back yesterdays drinking too. Not sure if I will go to fatfighters today. Will see what the scales say. One thing about not drinking wine is I was paying a lot of attention to the apple crumble, cream and ice cream
oh and the chocolate gateaux. Total weight lost 6.5/73lbs starting yet again. Afds August 10/15. /8 Sept.0 -
