Don't hesitate to let me know if I've made a mistake! What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

The nice thing about an early call is that one can then put the debating society to bed for the rest of the day, and the "Should I? Shouldn't I?" noise keeps quiet.
I really should try to remember about the horrible debating society. I can shut them up if I am prepared and then don't even consider drinking. I just need to remember who they are and what they do! They are very sneaky
1/20 for me as tonight is AF and the debating society have packed and gone elsewhere for the evening.
Putting these winter preps here so I don't forget!
Curtain pole installed in the living room
Paint curtain pole
Window quilts for landing window & french door
Add shrink film to the kitchen door & insulate
Insulate front door
Bubble wrap windows & french door
Wash front door curtain
Blind for the bathroom
Find wrist warmers & the wool socks!
Wash heated throws
Wash duvet & wool blankets
Buy vest tops to go under clothes and PJs
Buy nets for bathroom and kitchen
Buy or make blind for kitchen0 -
1/24 - I declined a glass of cider from DH this evening, who raised his eyebrows (do I really drink that much?!?) and instead had a glass of orange and mango juice with our dinner. Feeling slightly smug, which is sad, I know...
Thanks for keeping tabs Shaggy x0 -
1/20 Not totally confident about reaching target this month with BH weekend and then away for 2 weeks at the end of the month - all inclusive
.
I'm aiming for 3 nights AF each week we are away so think I've added up right.
Good luck for April everyone :T0 -

1/30 please, Shaggy.
Thank you for all my smilies for April. Day 250 for me today, a number I rather like. It's lovely to know that all those smilies are racked up forever on this thread, and no-one can take them away - apart from Shaggy! Very grateful for that.Better is good enough.Note to self: Motivation follows Action, not the other way around.0
