What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

That's great Shaggy:T. A steady loss like that is far more likely to stay off than drastic measures.

Half way to my target of 11 Pounds. :D

Great wasn't it!! I was particularly for Welbeck as they'd allegedly got rid of him because he wasn't good enough for the mighty MUFC!:rotfl:My view is that LVG is definitely a touch of Emperor's New Clothes but after last season's debacle they won't admit it.

I know who got the best deal on Dutch managers!:D

Maman - well done on keeping your weight off....I remember when you started dieting...slimming world wasn't it?? Was considering rejoining.

Yes, that's right SW. It's the only 'diet' I've ever done and it suits me because it's all about healthy eating and common sense.

I've always been honest and said that things like avoiding empty calories and being mse motivates me far more than the health benefits (good bonus) of being AF.

I won't be AF today, I'm out for a pub meal and a single glass with it. Hopefully I won't continue when I get home.

Lovely and bright and sunny here. Have a good day all.:)

Today my sister took mum to meet mums newest great-granddaughter. I asked that sis did this because I had to be at a training morning, followed by an afternoon volunteering (both at Foodbank). Sis brought mum back just after 7pm, so me and DH had a nice quiet dinner.

That's good news satchmo. Could your sister do this regularly? And is your brother up to doing a bit too? I'm sure with some built in respite like this PLUS any you can organise from outside the family it would be much easier for you to cope.:A

Calling in early for this evening as I am so, so tired and just want to go to bed! I can't believe it is only 6pm. I wish I felt this tired every evening as I use booze to knock myself out as much as anything. Instead, I feel exhausted when I wake up and wide awake at night.... It's all the wrong way round!

    5/20 please :)

Hello there Shaggy, declaring "]5/27[/COLOR] please. I've just realised its the tenth and I have probably set an unrealistic target for my first month. Am I allowed to change it to 20 days for this month please or is that cheating?
