What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Am I allowed to change it to 20 days for this month please or is that cheating?

I had an AF day yesterday, and I'm calling in early for today, so 8/21 AFDs now please Shaggy.

I gladly take whatever respite my siblings give, but I find it quite stressful to "ask" because of the warring emotions (why should I have to "ask"; why don't sis and bro see that coming and sitting in my home isn't respite; I hate feeling resentful of their freedom, etc). Brother rang mum just for a chat yesterday. Mum even prepared the veg for our menu-planned sausage and veg bake (I'd left the veg out with the onions already quartered in the roasting dish). Mum ironed her pj's "ready for her holiday", and also her own sheets! She also gave me a £500 cheque from her Credit Union savings, saying she really wanted me and DH to have this holiday.

Lovely DS1 rang me just for a chat last night. Oops, I forgot to tell him the bookshelves he gave us look good in the study and that I managed to reconfigure the shelves.

Thanks for all your lovely comments.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

Not that it's any of my business (except that I'm on your side here:A) but I really think you should ask your siblings if they don't volunteer. Of course you'd rather they thought of it themselves but if they don't well, needs must!

    I'm having another AF today.

    5 AFDs please Shaggy.
