What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Hi all

When I first joined this group, managing 10 AF days was a real struggle. Now I manage 14+ without any effort at all but I don't put in much effort to get more in. March is going to see that change :)

That's a good point fruball. I often think that about myself. However due to birthday and a few other things this month may not be a good one to make changes. But I suppose there's something every month!;)

That's great on the weightloss Shaggy. How long do you have to reach target?

Calling in now. We're off to football later and any celebrating (well you have to hope don't you?:D) will be done with a mug of tea.

    2 AFDs please Shaggy.
  • Calling it early (as ever!) 3/24 please shaggy (well done on weight loss but please don't disappear - who will count!?)

    Good evening all!

Hope you are all well?? Hope no-one minds me sneaking back in. Been a while since I visited but am hoping to stay a while this time :)

Update on Miss Piggy.........Piglet is now 9 years old (eek!!), and my stepdaughter recently made me an extremely proud Nanny. As I still consider myself young (41) I'm enjoying every minute and intend to be a hands on and fun nanny ☺. BUT I don't want to be known as the Nanny that likes the drink too much! I love my grandson very much and feel I owe it to him. Drink no longer causes the issues it used to for me (mainly due to the support of this group in the past) but would like to bring it down that little bit more.

So can I sidle sheepishly back in???

    Miss P
    xx
