Having done some calculations can I please have 23 for March. I know it's not as high as Feb but have some things planned - long weekend away, my birthday and a week off work. My tolerance to alcohol has lowered considerably this year though so, even when I do drink, I won't be going mad. I've still only had a drink on 2 occasions so far this year.0 -

I was out for a pub meal with friends yesterday teatime. I had a single (planned) glass and didn't carry on when I got home. I'm delighted with that as previously I'd have taken great pleasure in joining them in the bar in Holby!;)

Thanks! Yes this is "old weight" for me too - ie weight I put on over Xmas/ Jan.....three and a half pounds to go and I will only then be losing "new weight"!
