    26/31 for me please.
I think it must be the day for feeling ill, BHB! My youngest has been off school unwell today and I've had a smashing headache and crushing tiredness all day; need to work harder at taking in more (AF) fluids I think.
    Hope you're feeling better tomorrow.

Am away for a few days in february and was planning on being non AF at weekends and on "holidays" so a target of 17 for next month for me please Shaggy.

Healing vibes heading your way, Ellsbel and BHB.

I had a strange sort of indigestion thing over the weekend which meant the only thing I ate was one crisp over 24 hours. Cleared itself yesterday and I started eating again, almost normally but, if anything, with a slightly reduced appetite.

26/31 please Shaggy for tonight, and 28 for February. Many thanks.
    Better is good enough.

26/31 AFDs for me tonight. I'll set a February target of 21 - a bit higher than my usual 2014 targets, but allows for a few social drinks.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?
  • Great idea Shaggy! I'd like to join February's challenge if I may and aim for 21 af days. Is that ok?

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
