And thank you to everyone on this lovely thread - it looks as though I'm going to succeed at a challenge I've set myself for the first time in a long while, and there's absolutely no doubt that it's down to this thread and the people who post in it!
That's a great post ellsbel. It's amazing what you can do with a few buddies to help you along the way. I think there are loads of people out there whose resolutions are nothing but a distant memory. But that's not you!:T

I've meditated 6 out of 7 days (a target set by the tutor), and it certainly helps with the anxiety that is otherwise an almost constant state, which I know is bad for my long-term health.What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0
