    Evening all, sorry I'm late.

I managed to resist the bells fairly easily tonight - but I won't get complacent.

    Calling 11/30 please Shaggy

It's a mini-challenge for cutters-down. SNC is School Night Challenge, so briefly not to drink on school nights. Nights vary between Sunday and Thursday generally so either 4 or 5 AF days a week.

I googled that site as Honeybear was missing her irish coffee.

And jolly helpful it was, WBF. I tracked down one of the instant Irish coffees and tried it, but it tasted so chemically vile I'm afraid I threw the rest away. I think that was the point at which I realised I had to settle on my Alternative Alcohol-Free drink as the one I didn't dislike and just get on with it. It's worked and I haven't felt the need to go looking any further.

There are quite a lot of products mentioned on MSE I just can't get here (a city in the South West). It's not the end of the world.

Thanks glen and good luck with your challenge.
Can identify with the tiredness wanna bee free - it still hasn't really shifted for me, but if I'm honest my eating hasn't been all that healthy since starting this challenge so that's probably not helping.
fake plastic twee, hope you're feeling slightly less emotional today - I can sympathise - been getting tearful lately in the oddest places and situations:/
Anyway, I'll be driving later tonight to pick up eldest from a night out so I'm able to declare for today 13/31 please Shaggy.
(I know what you mean about those chemical coffees honey bear - I've got a jar of supposedly almond flavoured coffee in my cupboards that's absolutely vile!

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

I felt very conflicted about throwing it away, Ellsbel, because it seemed so wasteful. The truth is I couldn't have given it to anyone because it was so nasty, and it was just cluttering the place up.
    Better is good enough.
