I was just thinking last night about the power of this thread in that by signing up to an agreed amount of AF days for a month has really motivated me to get back in the AF zone for the first time this year, so to all you lovelies who keep this board going I just want to thank you all :T:T

It is "normal" for people to think about their alcohol consumption - just like people think about their diets, caffeine intake or how much they exercise - it's just another aspect of how people monitor and take responsibility for their own health.

Well said :) totally agree we're all here for our own reasons and health is definitely at the core of it for me. I was getting lazy since I moved in with himself, so now I'm taking better care of me my diet/vits and reducing my drinking days/units is a part of that too.

I don't want to be a dress size up forever  I have a honeymoon belly.

    I'm on 13 AFD's Shaggy me dear.

    Hope you're all good guys.

Yes, I am. I used to be pariskate and was on the thread back along with yellowmonkey, molleypolly, Jo1972, lurkio etc. Pippi used to be fay somethingorother and winebox was there too. Slightly alarming that the first thread started in early 2008 and I am still here (have changed user name and country of residence though!)

    JUST found this :D

I love the 'fay somethingorother' :T I did get married :D

Nice to fathom who's who :) reading back a bit.

    I'll shut up now.

Pleased to say I've achieved my own version of the SNC (Monday - Thursday).

That was quite a walk down memory lane pip.

    13/30 please Shaggy.

Tomorrow will be a test as I'm out at a charity do and everyone I'm with will be drinking.

    Happy Friday everyone.
