I had to go to DPW to restart my JSA claim. I know they are bonuses on deterring claims but I was reduced to tears when clerk said I should instead try for ESA as I was clearly depressed and unfit for work.

Thanks for the information about alcohol free 'alcohol' Wanna Be Free. I'd be really interested in trying it so I googled it, but I can't work out where its stocked. If anyone knows, I'd appreciate the heads up.I was reduced to tears when clerk said I should instead try for ESA as I was clearly depressed and unfit for work.
I don't know why doctors bother with a university degree and then, what, seven years training? Apparently being a clerk qualifies people to make a clinical diagnosis. Satchmo, a formal complaint is in order - that kind of comment is seriously overstepping the mark.Have been like a bear with a sore head today as had a rubbish night sleep, I thought I would have slept better with no alcohol but I guess my body isn't used to going to bed sober!
It took me a fortnight to get a good night's sleep when I knocked drinking on the head completely. Your body is going to find the new regime takes a little bit of getting used to; in the meantime a hot drink at bedtime would help relax you and that might help a little.Better is good enough.0 -
