    1/30 please, Shaggy.

Very scary dream in which I was with a group of people who didn't know I had kicked alcohol into touch, and was calculating how many evenings I could get away with drinking while on holiday with them. And, at the same time, being very aware of the fact that if I did allow myself to do so, that I would need to be very careful, because after a few bevvies there was quite a good chance I would behave like a pork chop. Worrying that I have taken planning how to drink that far, but forewarned is forearmed.

I am not out of the woods by a long way, even though I actually don't mind not reaching for the first glass of red as we sit down to dinner and only really think about drinking for those few minutes. (The rest of the time I'm focussed on not drinking.)
    Better is good enough.

:Tyou're doing really well HB, admire your determination.

I'm hoping for the full SNC this week (which as it's the start of a new term seems quite apt).

2 AFDs for September please Shaggy.

2/20 for today please. I find SNC fairly easy but it's the weekends esp when it's warm. Hopefully, autumn and winter will make it easier.

    2/20 AFDs for me tonight.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?
  • Hello everyone, my hands don't seem to have been able to grab the wagon as it comes past and I reached the amazing total of 4/14 for August, not drinking on 2nd, 12th, 16th & 26th. It seems to have been a really interesting time on here and I just wanted to admire Honey Bear and say congratulations!! Great high bottom :-)

Well done to everyone on here for August.

I now have a plan to actually make my target of 14 in September - onwards and upwards!
