16/20 for today please. I'm not sure about September's target yet.

15/20 AFDs for me although I was promising myself a few glasses of red on the drive home this evening. In the end I had a cup of tea
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

    17/20

Hard one tonight. Really fancied a drink. So, I cleaned out my make up drawer and by the time I'd tested it all, binned half and sorted the rest, the moment had passed.

    Wow, this thread's been busy!

Another two AF days to add for me so now on 17/16 :D First time since I joined this thread 3 months ago that I've met my target so really happy with that!

Thanks to those that wished me luck with my 10k. Satchmo, keep plugging away - I haven't run 10k yet either but really wanted to push myself on. I managed 7k yesterday and am just going to try to increase by a km a week until I (hopefully!) reach 10k :) For me, running and not drinking too much go hand in hand so hopefully will help me to carry on achieving my targets.

Well done to everyone who's made progress this month! :)

    Well done TopGirl for resisting.

I was also AF last night and this morning went out and ran a 10k in a hour which really surprised me. I feel fine now apart from a sore toe!

Tonight will also be AF as I am doing my first sewing class - making a bag.
    Trying to keep in budget.
