Wow, this thread's been busy!
Another two AF days to add for me so now on 17/16First time since I joined this thread 3 months ago that I've met my target so really happy with that!
Thanks to those that wished me luck with my 10k. Satchmo, keep plugging away - I haven't run 10k yet either but really wanted to push myself on. I managed 7k yesterday and am just going to try to increase by a km a week until I (hopefully!) reach 10kFor me, running and not drinking too much go hand in hand so hopefully will help me to carry on achieving my targets.

Well done TopGirl for resisting.
I was also AF last night and this morning went out and ran a 10k in a hour which really surprised me. I feel fine now apart from a sore toe!
Tonight will also be AF as I am doing my first sewing class - making a bag.Trying to keep in budget.
