12/16 for tonight. Out last night but drove so wouldn't drink.
If my maths is right I will meet my target if I don't wobble over the next 4 nights.0 -
Hi
Well I didn't manage an AF last night (fri) but for once I didn't go mad. I had two pints of delicious real ale in a pub with its own brewery and then had one at home too. No wine! No nightcap! Wow!
And I have to say its down to this rather wonderful thread with rather wonderful people supporting it.
Lots of thanks to You, Wanna Bee Free. It's so lovely to feel someone is looking out for you. I hope all is going well with you.
Sorry to hear you are having a bad time Paulineb. I hope you manage to stay on here. I think lots of people will miss you.
Hope you managed two in a row Fruball. I know the difficulty of that. I felt pretty rubbish this morning but it wasn't just drink. I ate some rubbish food along with it ie. crisps, peanuts, Chinese, crisps and more peanuts. Salt overload I think.
Anyway, now in bed and AF. On a Saturday? Can't recall the last dry Saturday night I had. Hooray for all you inspirational people. :T
Kind regards to all

Hi Slowdown, congratulations on your AF Saturday, that's another big milestone you've cracked this week!
I'm pleased if I helped you this week. You did everything you needed you to do to succeed yourself. I know I still have more work to do with reducing my drinking but I am a lot stronger than I was thanks to this thread. To be able to say that I would be there with you and know I could do it when I'd planned a drinking day was a really good feeling. Plus the thread can be quite quiet on a weekend for some reason :rotfl: and I wanted you to know we are here.
This has been a difficult week for me. My Dad and then my sis were taken in to hospital with unrelated things.(sis out already) I know I have been more tempted to drink way too much but I have just about stayed on the rails. I don't know why getting that little jumpy each month makes 14 a good number but for some reason it does and I want mine for April - I'm pleased with my 4 in a row since December.
Happy Sunday everyone, I hope you all have a good day.0 -
Hello everyone! I'm just back from 2weeks away and I haven't had. Single AF day
So back on the wagon for me today. I have also put on a ton if weight and need to watch what I eat for a while to shift it (and a bit more!) - not sure whether to do 5:2 or slimming world.
Have a good SundayTrying to keep in budget.
