15in april!
oh by the way I've lost 5lb!!!!! in a week!! I been drinking loads of water and eating a lot better! but still FIVE!! and my skin looks so much better already.. I'd started getting really red cheeks which seem to be loads better already! :j
supposed to be on night out tonight but don't think i can manage without drinking so giving it a miss!
Well done lamarsi on skipping the night out, it's great to start to feel the benefits of being AF.16/18 for me please.
Best intentions went out of the window yesterday so I have blown my chance of making target this month but this has probably been my most AF month in 2.5 years
Progress!
Being the best you have been in 2.5 years has got to be worth some self congratulation rather than berating yourself about missing target this month. Well done!
Shaggy - can I set target for April at 26, bit on the high side but that's because lent takes out most of the month and I want to stick to it if possible. Well done on the diet and AF :j
Am on 27 AF tonight.0 -

Morning everyone and a big wave to anyone that remembers me!!
Long time since I've been on here but hope you don't mind me coming back?
I did the Dryathon in January for Cancer Research and was amazed that I completed it. Since then it's all gone a bit Pete Tong and I've found I'm drinking more and more. So I'm going to try and get back to basics
Shaggy pls can I set a target of 25 for April? ( Sorry, my kindle seems to have an aversion to me writing in anything other than black!!!)

Calling in very early but 31/31 please Shaggy (& congrats on your AF & weight loss) Hey Alex done it again
Had a bit of a think & going to give it a go on my own (but fully intend to keep hovering in the back ground) The support on here is fantastic but I always remember a comment made the end of January along the lines of If things are so much better without alcohol why would you want to drink? Well I really don't want one & Im finding that the only time Im thinking about it is to remind myself to post on here.
Wishing you all well on your AF targets for April lets see if I can do it without the smileys lol0 -

Hi am wondering if anyone has tried the HelpToStop treatments for drinking. I've seen it advertised online with glowing reports and hefty costs. Two or three two hour treatments with electrodes. In London Manchester or Inverness.
If you've done it did it work?
Thanks!0 -

Lovely to see you back MissP.
Great to see all the AF days rolling in. Every one counts!
I'm calling in early today as I'm definitely going to get one more in.
11 AFDs for March please Shaggy.
It's not a brilliant total but I'm pleased that I've met my target plus had a holiday and a birthday. Next we're away for Easter, so another month where I have to grab every AF opportunity I can.
Thanks for all the scoring and encouragement Shaggy.:A0 -

Finishing the month with a reasonably respectable 17/18 as I am going to be AF tonight :j
