:wave: Back from my short break in Dublin. Fortunately I'm not a Guinness drinker and sensible amounts of wine with meals were all I had. Then yesterday (as we needed an early supper before catching plane) I elected for a hot drink instead.

23/25, wasn't sure I'd manage this at the start of the month if I'm honest with myself but not turned to drink even when things have been difficult.2018 totals:

That's 12/14 for me. Bit of a white knuckle evening but I made it. Funny how you can have a run of easy nights and then suddenly it gets really tough out of the blue. It wasn't just about tonight it's abiut the fact I want to drink for the next few days too.

I know it's a small total compared with many of you but for me with a birthday and a holiday this month I'm really pleased to have got this far. I'm pleased with my AF total but also that I can now manage sensible, social drinking in between. I'm hoping for another before the month's out.0 -
