Morning all,
9/14 AFD's for me please shaggy.
Not going to make my target this month but I am OK with that, like Paulineb, when I have had a drink it has been in moderation.
I am aiming for 2 more AF's this week but I am off for a few days from Thursday so not sure I will fit any more in.

I'm on 4 please Shaggy. Not very good as I did 11 days on the trot last month and then more and thought this month would be easier. Not so and I really don't know why it is so hard again. Will give the rest of the month my best shot and see how it goes. Otherwise, I'll probably disappear as I'll be too embarassed to admit it!

9/24 AFDs. I seem to be sliding down the slippery slope. Must do better.

Don't disappear!!! It happens to us all. I have only made my target once! If it were easy, we wouldn't need this lovely group to help to keep us on track

hiya can i come back in? not been around or a while but I'm really trying not to drink at the moment.. again... and find the support on here helpful this will be my fourth day although I've been on nights so really tonight is my first opportunity to drink.. I'm starting to realise that I have a real problem with the way i drink and need to get out of this horrid habitget rid of all the pounds by summer !!
