Up to 21 AF tonight and still on the Lent challenge.
Have been feeling a little bit like I would like a drink the last couple of days, but am determined to keep going just to prove I can!

Another 2 AFDs for me. Not going to make target, but on the days when I have had a drink this month, its been in moderation.

9/24 AFDs. I seem to be sliding down the slippery slope. Must do better.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

I'm on 4 please Shaggy. Not very good as I did 11 days on the trot last month and then more and thought this month would be easier. Not so and I really don't know why it is so hard again. Will give the rest of the month my best shot and see how it goes. Otherwise, I'll probably disappear as I'll be too embarassed to admit it!

Well done to everyone else. You are all doing so well.

AlexLK and GK, well done, you're an inspiration!

Ruby58 and Satchmo1,I'm right there with you! The angel and the devil that is the amygdala has been taunting me as I desparately try to make it towards my goal!

In the meantime, through gritted teeth, 9/14 please Shaggy.
