Roll up, Roll up. A New Month, A New Challenge.SET A31 days up for grabs!
Everyone Welcome!!!What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

2/7 for tonight please and can I try a target of 15 for August
Really relating to weight comments, I spent weeks recently in hotels for work and have managed to put on a stone! If only the weight would drop off as quickly but reducing alcohol must help as I agree a couple of glasses of red and I am eating cheese and looking for chocolate too!0 -
15/20 AFDs today0

13/18 for me today. This was during an evening out for dinner and a theatre trip too so doubly pleased.
I am trying not to think too hard about 18 days each month for the rest of the year. Given that's only a bit over half the month it shouldn't seem like a big deal but sadly it feels like a big deal sometimes at the moment.
Sending weight loss vibes to those who want them. Mine is on the back burner on the basis I want to hit my AFDs as my top priority.

I can identify with that WBF.
I know that this month I'm going to get my 14 day smiley and secretly I'd like to do that every month but I'm not ready to make that jump. Last weekend I had an AF Saturday because I'd taken strong painkillers, felt woozy and didn't feel like it. Other Saturdays I go dancing all evening and don't miss it at all. So why can't I do it on a 'normal' weekend??It's a mental thing I know. It's about breaking a habit that I enjoy.
I'll accept some weightloss vibes. Thank You. Lightweight though it sounds, I know that motivates me better than anything else.:)
I hung back on posting yesterday as DH and I went out for the day but I didn't succumb. Tomorrow we're out again. I might have one with lunch.
So, so far, 2 more to add for yesterday and today.
13 AFDs please Shaggy.0 -
18/30 please Shaggy.
I feel like I am getting better. At 9pm I get really twitchy and this is when I usually cave in. The bottle of brandy which OH opened at weekend is still untouched by me.
When I was younger my auntie used to say "I will just have one or two to take the edge off". I didnt get what she meant but now I do. That is why I drink at home.
Do I really need it? Probably not.:A0
