Don't hesitate to let me know if I've made a mistake! What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

:wave:Back from my holiday. Drinking was daily but sensible, the worst thing was feeling bloated from full fat tonic, definitely no hangovers.:)
Travelling all yesterday evening and I had just tea on the plane so
1 AFD please Shaggy.
I'm only slowly getting back out of holiday mode as I'm out quite a bit the rest of the week catching up with friends but plenty of month left.0 -
Welcome back maman.
Shaggy can I report 6/5 AF days for June. Not started July yet :-(0 -

Welcome back Maman!!
Hey all hope my comments earlier today don't come across as judgemental, don't mean them that way, I'm thinking back over my own past really and why I used to drink the way I did, I hope that's obvious! Not referring to anyone else on here.0 -

Didn't come through as judgemental at all. I resonate with a great deal you said. I fell into daily drinking via the middle class lifestyle route.
I have a cupboard full of gin but can ignore that easily. It's the wine that gets me probably for all the reasons you've said.0 -
2/20 AFDs today0

4/30for me please Shaggy.
Honey Bear its going okay thanks. I have had a few moments but ive got a run for charity at the weekend. So im not drinking until then.
I find weekend evenings the most challenging and that is when i slip up.
A previous post talked about changing something. Going to bed early is not an option as it is only time i spend with OH. So im not sure what to change as just will power isnt working.Do I really need it? Probably not.:A0
