- I'll probably take the whole month (more or less) off - I felt slightly "off colour" in the first week of May, nothing major but it felt right to give it a rest - well done to you too btw, you've beaten your target and still have a good few days to spare! :T

Good afternoon. I have had a couple of days where I had two glasses of wine, on Saturday and Monday. Saturday I was incredibly fed up with myself for feeling so run down and not knowing what was wrong. My brain interpreted this as "staying AF isn't helping", so it was a s*d it moment. Daft logic :wall: But at least I stopped at two. Monday evening was a meal and comedy gig so I don't mind forgiving myself for that one. Again, stopped at two.
It's a very strange atmosphere up here in Manchester. Feeling incredibly sad at the events over the last couple of days, but also very proud of the people in the city I have chosen as my adoptive home.
Honey Bear, I very much enjoyed your post about your approach to helping others. It's really made me think. I can sometimes come across quite aggressively in real life too, and I worry that side comes across online as well. I think my problem is that if I feel I have found something that works, I get rather enthusiastic about it and want to be able to spread the joy. I hope I have never come across as preachy on here at any point, it was never my intention.
I'm up to 22/25 for tonight please.0 -
Good morning all, 22/21 for me please.0

You never sound preachy FPT. You sound like someone who's putting a lot of work into changing a habit, which is a pretty familiar place for me. I've found that posting on here daily and clarifying my thoughts while I put them into words helps me enormously. Carry on doing what you're doing and you'll get there.
25/31 please, Shaggy.Better is good enough.0
