Afternoon :hello:
1 more AFD for yesterday.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

The reason I put so much effort into this thread is because I love it, it helps me sooooo much and I love everyone who contributes to it

13 please, Shaggy, ta
I second what you said about the people on this thread - I think we have some really genuine souls here and you all really help me too :j0 -
I'm up to 9/10 for April.
I really really should stick to the plan and make it 10 today, but I'm on the home stretch from work and am not working tomorrow, so am so tempted to just get a bottle of wine on the way home.
The devil on my shoulder is going: ah, you've done three days in a row, sod it, treat yourself.
The angel is saying: you've done so well and will enjoy that bottle even more tomorrow if you don't drink today.
I think going out of my routine is the problem. Had it all set in my mind. Go home after work, have dinner (roast chicken), help kids with their homework, put them to bed, cup of tea, sorted.
But I completely forgot that my ex is getting them from school and won't be dropping them home till 7ish. So, now I'm thinking, how do I fill my time without my girls?
Again, the devil is going: Have a drink, or three, or four!
The angel is going: Get out, walk the dog in the woods while you still can as it's light and you won't have the girls with you!Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

Hello Shaggy (and everyone else)
Sorry I'm going to have to do a quickie today as I have a crashing headache despite 3 lots of paracetomol and 2 lots of codeine.
I read on another site that alcohol withdrawal can lead to headaches so I'm wondering if that's the cause.
I'm on day 25/28 today please Shaggy.
