Tonight has been 1 AF day for me please shaggy :TAs of 24th August 2016 total money owed was
£15,708 :eek:0 -
Just 1 AF day for me so far as aiming to do a lent 40 days and tonight is my last night drinking - with pancakes so its a proper lent thing!
But was champagne and pancakes with ice cream as celebrating selling our house.0 -
3/15 for me please that includes today as DS needs picking up from scouts at 9.45pm!! so won't be drinking.
Green Karen your pancake day sounds much more sophisticated than ours! Good luck with lent (impressed).
I am also doing the crazyclothes challenge (sticking to a clothes budget) which I am finding hard esp this week as I've had an extra day off while kids are at school so very tempted to go shopping and to drink wine in the evening as not going to work. I seemed to have spent my entire adult life drinking and shopping . What a lush!!
I need to change my ways as no longer have the cash/time/energy. Also I suspect DD (nearly 9) could be quite a party girl when she's older, she likes to be 'one of the gang' and hates to miss out. I hope I haven't left it too late to model some good behaviour.

Morning :hello:
1 more AFD for yesterday.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Declaring early again for tonight at 3/14 please shaggy
I'm doing the same. I've changed my mind about having a drink with the football tonight as DH and I have planned a trip to cinema with a meal for tomorrow and I must have at least 3 AFs this week. So the lovely Lallana and Super Shaw will have to make do with this!:coffee:
Spurred on by all this talk of breaks, we've booked a few days in Dublin at the end of the month. So another reason to get as many AF days in early as I can or I won't meet my target.
3/10 AF please Shaggy.0 -
Calling in early 4/22 please Shaggy.
I'm taking the kids to an observatory this evening, fingers crossed we have clear skies. We won't be home until 9.45, and by the time they're settled I'll be heading to bed myself!0 -
