Pleased to report another AF day so 3/18 for me please Shaggy

I very nearly blew it. I went to a friend's house this evening and drank lemonade... but on the way home I detoured to pass the shop whilst battling my conscience... I very nearly stopped but managed to drive straight past it
Usually, if I get to the point of passing the shop, I can't stop myself but I visualised myself sitting at home on here, feeling tired and then relaxing in bed (as opposed to watching, then forgetting, my programmes and falling into more of a coma than slumber!). I think visualisation is a very powerful tool.
Anyway, I am feeling quite pleased with myself and am off to bed shortly
Putting these winter preps here so I don't forget!

3/14 for me please Shaggy Tonight was easier than last night although I feel very tired this evening.
Perhaps foolishly I decided to give up crisps and chocolate for Lent and ever since have been pining for them! I am a perverse creature wanting what I cannot/should not have.
Sleep well everyone.0 -
5 please, Shaggy, ta
Doing well so far this month - Feb was very stressful due to several things, hoping March is going to be better. Loving waking up every morning completely clear-headed and full of energy :0 -
I'm off the starting blocks!! Yippee! 1 AF night to declare.
Been to gym this morning plus had steamed fish for lunch so I shall call in super early for tonight as I know I am back on track!
2 AF including tonight!
Thank you all for your words of support and encouragement! Sorry you have to put up with Moany Stu. It really does mean a lot that you all input messages and listen to me grizzle as I really don't want to make our "issues" public unless there is a decision that requires it becoming public!
On that note I have a nice weekend planned with a visit to one of the "boutique" style towns that the coast of England is famous for. Dinner out, walk along seafront. Maybe a glass maybe not but either way me being in control not emotionally drinking!

4/24 AFDs tonight. I had an argument with myself about going to buy wine tonight, but my winning argument was that I've got a million and one things to do tomorrow, all best done with a clear head.
Stupot, you sound brighter today x Enjoy your weekend. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0 -
