    Morning :hello:

3 more AFDs to add - Thus, Fri & Sat. My reward is that I have lost another 1Lb and a half - making nearly 6 Llbs. Not too shabby!

:T that's brilliant shaggy both on the weightloss and AF on 'hard' nights.

I found the stop button mid evening yesterday. Just realised I'd had enough and didn't want to fall asleep on the sofa AGAIN!;)

Happy birthday to our thread twins! Have a good day, it's beautiful and spring like here.:)

Well done on the weightloss Shaggy and on timely use of the stop button Maman :).

I'm loosing count already, I didn't drink on Thurs so that must be 4/15.

Have successfully switched from wine to beer this weekend and definitely felt the benefit the morning after (not that lager is exactly a health drink mind but seems to suit me better than wine).
    Crazy clothes challenge 140/180 :)

Not looking forward to tomorrow. Had much too much to drink last night and have made a right prat of myself and will likely face the music tomorrow if I am unlucky :o There is a chance it will pass by without comment but I am fearing the worst. You know those moments when you wish the ground would swallow you up or you could turn back time? I didn't do anything horrible, more embarrassing and foolish.

Anyway, today is AF so 4/18 for me please Shaggy.

I have a lot of weight to shift so I am going to try to use that to motivate me to do better the rest of the month.

I hope everyone else had a good weekend without any mortifying moments!

    6 please, Shaggy, thanks

Had a couple of glasses of wine in bar with DH on Friday night, and was very proud of myself that I found the stop button and did not then get home and start a bottle of wine :T

However, Saturday night, stop button went missing, and we both felt like drinking lots of wine. It is a long time since we did this, and I felt horrendous yesterday. I know it is because DD3 is going to uni this year, and we are seriously thinking of moving house - going to a cheaper area of town to get similar house but for less money, now we don't need to be near the brilliant schools. And we had been to view a great house that afternoon. So we were discussing lots of ideas, drinking wine, not realising how much we were getting through. Decisions, decisions - sometimes better to stick with 'in in doubt, do nowt'.

The idea of giving up wine for the rest of Lent seems very attractive to me at the moment - I'll see how I go on.

Have a lovely week everybody, in this beautiful spring weather. :)

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
