We'll I had a rubbish attempt in February only managing 4AF days so with my 7AF days from Jan that's only 11 days this year I haven't drunk!!!
I MUST DO BETTER.........

Sorry to hear about the disappointment with the flat satchmo - hope the next one is what you want.
gien - I do SW too, and like you say it is a very healthy way of eating - like Maman, I have been at target for a while now and find it is something I can stick to long term.
